Refund Policy — The $155 search fee is non-refundable. Once you select a vehicle and a bid is won on your behalf, all bid funds are final and no refunds will be issued. You may request a refund of your bid money only at any time before a bid is won. If we are unable to find a matching vehicle, your bid money will be fully refunded — however the $155 search fee will not be returned.
