You fill out our car search form and pay a $155 search fee. We then go out and find cars that match your exact specs. Once we find options we like, we send them to you. You pick the one you want, sign a contract, and send us the bid money. We go win the car for you.

It depends on what you're looking for. Common makes and models can be found within 1–2 weeks. If you have very specific specs — rare color, low mileage, specific trim — it may take longer. We will keep you updated throughout the process.

We will send you a few options that match your specs so you can compare and pick the one you like best. You are never locked into a car you don't want.

Once you pick a car you like, we send you a contract to sign. You then send us the bid money and we go place the bid on your behalf. If we win, the car is yours. Everything is documented and transparent.

Many of the vehicles we source come from auto auctions. We place a bid on your behalf competing against other buyers. If our bid wins, the car is purchased for you at that price. This is how we're able to find quality cars at lower prices than dealerships.

The $155 fee covers our time and effort to research, locate, and vet vehicles that match your specifications. This fee is paid upfront before the search begins and is separate from the actual cost of the car.

No — the $155 search fee is non-refundable. It compensates us for the time and work put into your search regardless of the outcome. However your bid money is always protected — see our refund policy below.

Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, one of the most trusted payment platforms in the world. We never store your card information. You will also receive an email receipt from Stripe after payment.

Yes. You can request a full refund of your bid money at any time before a bid is won. Once the bid is won the sale is final — the car has been purchased and there is nothing we can do at that point.

If we are completely unable to find a vehicle matching your specs, your bid money will be fully refunded. The $155 search fee however is non-refundable as the work was still performed.

If we place a bid and don't win, you have two options — get your bid money back or let us continue searching and try again on another vehicle. The choice is always yours.
